Equality for all Utterance

The Syrians, coming into Jamaica from the Ottoman Empire of Spiral and Palestine, were the last immigrants to arrive on the island during the later part of the 19th century. Jamaica today represents a melting pot of intricate racial difference coexisting in relative harmony despite the undercurrent strife resulting from the irrationality of man’s discontented and problematic nature.  The concept of race to Rastafari it is the inner actuality of spirit rather than a preoccupation with the outer racial varceties of the flesh. Rastaman seeketh first and foremost the acknowledgement of the Afrikan presence in the Block Solomonic divinity regardless of race, class and greed.
