Blak Utterance (The vine and the bread)

The true Vine, Rastafari: the true bread which cometh down out of Zion, even the substance of Jah which is one with the life of Jah. And as many grains are in one bread. So are we who believe and do the will of Jah Rastafari. One in H.I.M but they who eat bread of the truth shall live forever. As the wheat is separated from the shaft, so must I and I separate I and I self from the falsities of the world. Live not for the world, but live separate in the world for the life of the world is parched by fire. So must I and I Rastafari disciple must pass through tribulations. But rejoice o children of Zion, for having suffering with Jah Rastafari as one body we shall reign with Jah Rastafari in one body, and give life to the world.
